Returns
Didn’t work out? That’s okay, we get it! We accept returns within 14 days from the day your order is delivered for a refund or store credit.
Please review our Return Policy guidelines:
- All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached.
- Accessories are final sale. (jewelry, bags, hats, etc.)
- Products that are marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges at this time, but you’re welcome to place a new order (if the item is still available) and send in your return separately.
How to start the return process:
- Simply email us at contact.themaize@gmail.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. In your email, please include the order number and why you are returning! We will get back to you within the next business day.
- Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
- Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive an email letting you know that your refund or store credit has been issued.
